Together with ELY Lapland SAI organized a full-day seminar about different business cultures on Friday February 7th in Hotelli Ivalo in Ivalo, Finland. The purpose of the seminar was to introduce various European and Asian cultures to the local tourism-related SMEs and start a discussion on how these cultures differ and how does that affect the business behavior.
The seminar was attended by 13 local tourism-related SMEs. The feedback was positive and further seminars and trainings in the Ivalo region were planned.
