Together with TEM (the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy) and BNS Oy International, SAI has developed a program to assist Finnish companies to address a number of European countries, notably France. It is based on our experience with market entry in France and the conviction that potential clients must be approached regularly and systematically from a local base.
Participation involves 4-6 companies from various sectors.
The new program is divided in two phases. The first phase is intended to contain an extensive business opportunities review in the local market and will serve as the foundation for future actions in the market. The program aims to:
- identify business opportunities and analyze the best entry mode in the target country
- develop an active client data base for participants
- provide a local presence for them in Paris or Stockholm with phone number and answering
- design, together with the participants, a French or Swedish web page with the local presence details
- maintain contact with the participants in Finnish or English
